How do Mad Casino’s loyalty seasons work?

In seasons of three months. Every stake earns experience points, and you climb through five divisions: Chaos, Instinct, Madness, Dominion and, at the top, Challenger. Each division has its own levels, from Iron, Bronze and Silver at the start through Gold, Platinum, Inferno, Diamond, Master and Grandmaster to Elite and Hero.

So the same stakes earn seven and a half times as many points on a crash game as on a slot. A multiplier that grows with your level, from x1 to x2, speeds things up further, and boosts you activate in your profile add more.

• Rewards: a bonus on every step up, season prizes such as loot boxes, avatars and frames, birthday gifts, a coin exchange on high levels and even a personal manager
• End of season: every player gets season rewards, then status drops two levels, so Hero starts the next season as Grandmaster and Challenger as Elite. Challenger players also compete in a ranking of the season’s best 100.
• Keeping your level: this takes at least three deposits a month; your account must be verified by the end of the season, and only active players receive bonuses.

What do tournaments and the lottery add?

Which rules shape a Mad Casino bonus?

Wagering of 25× to 40× set by each offer, with 35× the bonus when an offer names no factor of its own; the help page’s example turns a 1,000-rouble bonus into 35,000 roubles of stakes. A bonus runs for 7 days from activation, stakes stay at €5 or less while it is active, and winnings from it stop at ten times the bonus, unless the offer’s own terms say otherwise.

• Games that do not count: bonus wagering is barred in live games (live dealers, automatic live roulette and game shows), in Turbo games and in Crash games, and the site lists further barred games and studios.
• Order of play: your real money is used first, then the bonus. While a bonus is active, winnings from the real balance move to the bonus balance, where its wagering and win cap apply, and only one bonus can be active at a time.
• Free spins and no-deposit bonuses: both carry 40× wagering and a maximum win of 2,000 roubles, and free spins, valid for 24 hours, are also capped at ten times the minimum deposit, unless the offer says otherwise. On a mixed offer of money and spins, wagering starts once all the spins are used.
• Once per player: each offer is available once per account, IP address, device, phone number and payment method. The bonus money itself cannot be withdrawn, only the winnings wagered from it.
• Changing your mind: a bonus can be declined before wagering starts, in the Bonuses section or through support; cancelling an active bonus removes its funds and any winnings from it.

How quickly does Mad Casino pay out?

Its payment rules and help page say withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours, while its general terms give up to 72 hours for amounts up to €1,000 and up to 7 days above that; when the money then reaches you depends on your bank or payment provider. The smallest withdrawal is €10, and once the turnover below is met, Mad Casino charges no withdrawal fee of its own. Money goes out to a card, by bank transfer, in crypto or to an e-wallet, and a request can be cancelled while it is still being processed.

The payment rules say withdrawals run every day, weekends and holidays included, while the help page says requests are handled Monday to Friday. Deposits land at once by its rules, in rare cases within 60 minutes, and cost nothing at Mad Casino; your own bank or payment provider may charge.

• Turnover first: the rules ask for stakes worth at least three times each deposit before you request a withdrawal, and only that turnover makes it fee-free; without it, a withdrawal costs 20% of the amount deposited.
• Same way back: every withdrawal goes to the method you deposited with, whether a card, an e-wallet, a phone number or another method, and crypto withdrawals are reserved for winnings from crypto deposits.
• Crypto: up to $500,000 a month on a standard account, with no cap on a VIP account.
• Large sums: a request above a payment system’s limit is paid in several parts, with nothing lost from the total.
• Balance far above deposits: once your balance reaches ten times your total deposits, Mad Casino may limit withdrawals to 500,000 roubles a month; its rules say this is not a refusal to pay the winnings.
