On the cards, Cosmobet and Velobet say instant, and Zizobet shows 0–1 hour. Win Place and ShelbyWin pay within 0–12 hours, and most of the others within 24 hours. Each casino’s own terms then add the steps that decide when the money actually lands: a processing period, a deposit to play through, identity checks and weekly limits. How fast does each casino pay?
The card gives the window; the terms say how the payout is handled. The right-hand column is each casino’s own text: a processing period, a method that takes longer, or a detail worth knowing before the first request.

The card shows the window given for each casino. The terms are the rules your account actually runs on, and they also set the pauses it keeps for itself, above all for checking who you are, which is why the two columns read best together. Which deposits must be played through first?
At most casinos on the list, a deposit has to be wagered before it can be withdrawn, with or without a bonus. What changes is how many times, and what happens if you ask for the money sooner.

The rule weighs most when you deposit and then change your mind before playing. At Mad Casino, taking out an untouched deposit costs a fifth of it; at Zizobet and Velobet, the 20% comes off the amount you ask for. If you are not sure you will play, a small first deposit keeps that cost small.
Can you withdraw with a bonus running?
At some casinos, no; at others, yes, once you give the bonus up. Each casino settles it in its own way:
- SlotRoyals: no withdrawal can be requested while a bonus is active.
- Cosmobet: withdrawing before the wagering is complete means cancelling the bonus, and cancelling it forfeits both the bonus and any winnings from it.
- Zizobet: the bonus can also be cancelled to withdraw early; the bonus, the winnings from it and the amount wagered are then deducted from the balance.

What are the weekly and monthly limits?
On a standard account, weekly limits on the list run from €3,000 to €10,000, and monthly limits from €15,000 to €20,000. Several casinos raise them with your deposit history or VIP level, and some add a daily limit.

Progressive jackpots sit outside these limits at Win Place, LuckyWave, AmunBet, Zizobet, Cosmobet and Velobet: their terms say a jackpot is paid in full. Win Place and LuckyWave add one clause for large balances: once yours reaches ten times your total deposits, the monthly limits may be halved.
Wildies quotes other figures in its FAQ than in its terms: €500 a day, €2,000 a week and €8,000 a month, a smallest withdrawal of €5, a 48-working-hour window and half of the deposit played through before a cashout, against the full deposit in the terms. Before a large request there, a message to support settles which figures apply to your account, and the reply is worth keeping.
Which checks come before the first payout?
Mainly, proof that you are who you say you are. The casinos’ terms let them ask for documents and hold a withdrawal, or the account, while they review them. What differs is the deadline and the form:
- Time to send documents. WinBeast and 7Gear allow 7 days from the first request; if the documents do not arrive, they may suspend the account or refuse the withdrawal. Mad Casino allows 10 calendar days.
- A call or a selfie. WinBeast, 7Gear and ShelbyWin may phone the number on the account as part of the check; at ShelbyWin, a withdrawal may be cancelled if you do not answer its e-mail or call within two weeks of the request. Wildies and SlotRoyals may ask for a selfie or a verification call, and Wildies keeps the right to charge an administration fee for that check, with the amount given on request.
- Everything in your own name. Cosmobet, Win Place, LuckyWave and ShelbyWin do not accept payment methods that belong to someone else.
- A balance left alone. At SlotRoyals a pending withdrawal stays in your playable balance, and if the balance drops below the amount requested, the request can be cancelled automatically within up to an hour.
Mad Casino turns this into advice on its help page: verify the account before the first withdrawal request, so there is no wait at that point, and in any case within 30 days of registering. It is a sound habit at every casino on the list.
Which payout route is quickest?
LuckyWave lists its crypto withdrawals as instant, while a bank transfer at WinBeast or 7Gear takes 5 to 7 banking days after processing. For most players, the smoothest route is the one they deposited with: Cosmobet, Wildies and SlotRoyals pay back to it by default and use another only at their discretion, and Mad Casino always pays to the same instrument, whether a card, an e-wallet or a phone number. Each route has its own small print:
- Bank transfer. WinBeast, 7Gear, Zizobet, Cosmobet and Velobet do not send US-dollar payouts by bank transfer, and intermediary banks may, in exceptional cases, charge up to the equivalent of €16.
- Card. Zizobet, Cosmobet and Velobet note that they cannot promise every credit-card payout, because the issuing bank may block or decline it. At Wildies, after a credit-card deposit, withdrawals up to the amount deposited go back to the card as a refund, and anything above that is paid by another method.
- Crypto. Mad Casino pays to a crypto wallet only the winnings from crypto deposits. At any casino, the network of your wallet has to match the one you choose at withdrawal. - Large sums. When a request goes over the payment system’s limit, Zizobet, Cosmobet, Velobet, WinBeast, 7Gear and Mad Casino pay it in parts; Mad Casino adds that this does not reduce your right to the full amount. ShelbyWin keeps the right to split a particularly large win into monthly payments.
How do you move a pending withdrawal forward?
Ask live chat for the reason and for the step still open. The usual causes are the ones above: a document still to send, a deposit not yet played through, an active bonus or a limit already reached. For casinos with an Anjouan licence, a stuck or refused withdrawal is an account matter, with a 30-day filing deadline.
SlotRoyals, Mad Casino and 7Gear show an Anjouan licence seal, and for them the seal sets the route; Win Place names the licence on its homepage without a seal. Complain to the casino through the complaint form in its licence seal: within 14 days of the session for a disputed game result, within 30 days for account matters such as payments, blocks or bonuses, in English. The operator has 30 days to answer. If the complaint is still open after that, you may take it to one of the authority’s approved dispute-resolution (ADR) providers, at the operator’s cost. The authority itself does not decide individual complaints, and the process does not cover players from territories the licence excludes.
Zizobet, Cosmobet and Velobet name a Curaçao licence in their footers and have a separate route: the casino first; if the matter remains unresolved, the player may turn to a certified ADR provider under the Curaçao rules.
