Seven casinos on our list ask for a deposit to be played through only once before you can withdraw it, Zizobet, Cosmobet, Velobet and Wildies among them, while SlotRoyals asks for five times. That rule, the weekly withdrawal limit and the way a bonus can end are where the answers differ most.
The whole checklist on one screen
- Who does the casino suit, and who less well?
- Do its terms or its licence seal leave your country out?
- Which licence does the casino name?
- How do you reach support, and when?
- What will the identity check ask for?
- What is the smallest first deposit, and how many times must it be played through?
- Which payment methods are yours to use, and how does the money come back?
- What do the multiple, the days, the maximum bet and the winnings cap add up to?
- How can a bonus end, and what does that cost?
- How long does a payout take, and what are the limits?
- What happens to an account you leave idle?
- Where does a complaint go?
What should the top of a review tell you?
Who the casino suits, and the four figures you will compare first. The offer cards show the current offers with their headline, wagering, payout window and smallest first deposit, and every review gives the casino’s own wagering, payout and deposit terms, starting with the rule on playing a deposit through before you withdraw it.
Zizobet, for example, suits a player who wants sport beside the casino, with more than 50 sports and a chat that typically answers in about a minute. When two casinos sit close together, the checks below are what separate them for you, and our guide to how we rate Anjouan casinos explains what goes into each review’s score. A balanced review also says plainly which players a casino suits less well, which is often the most useful line on the page.
What is worth knowing before you register?
Whether your country is welcome, which licence the casino names, and how you will reach support. Each answer sits in a predictable place on the casino’s own site:
| Check | Where to find it | A clear answer, from our list |
|---|---|---|
| Is your country accepted? | The restricted-countries clause in the terms, and the licence seal | Each casino lists the countries it leaves out in its general terms, and an Anjouan casino’s licence seal names the territories its licence excludes, so check both for your country before you register. |
| Which licence does it name? | The footer, or the home page copy | Anjouan at Wildies, on the licence list by its main address, and on their own sites at SlotRoyals, Mad Casino, 7Gear and Win Place; Curaçao at Zizobet, Cosmobet and Velobet, with ShelbyWin naming a master licence granted by Curaçao; Costa Rica at LuckyWave; WinBeast and AmunBet name none on their sites. |
| How do you reach support? | The help page or the chat button | Live chat around the clock at most casinos on the list, with 7Gear’s chat open every day of the year. None of them gives a number to call, so chat and e-mail are the routes to plan on. |
| What will the identity check need? | The verification section of the terms | Win Place and LuckyWave take documents in Latin or Cyrillic script and may ask for a video check instead; Wildies and SlotRoyals can also request a selfie, or confirm who you are by phone. |
What should you know before the first deposit?
The smallest deposit, the rule for withdrawing it, and which payment methods are yours to use. Five short questions cover it:
- How small can the first deposit be? €10 at Zizobet and Velobet under their general terms.
- How many times must it be played through? Once at seven: Zizobet, Cosmobet, Velobet, Wildies, ShelbyWin, Win Place and LuckyWave. Cosmobet, Win Place and LuckyWave may charge a processing fee if you withdraw a deposit played less than three times, and Wildies’ FAQ asks for at least half of it to be played. Three times at AmunBet and Mad Casino, five at SlotRoyals, and at WinBeast and 7Gear it depends on the game: once on slots, three times on anything else.
- Does the method have to be in your name? Yes at Cosmobet, Win Place, LuckyWave and ShelbyWin, where a card or wallet in another person’s name is not accepted.
- How does the money come back? Usually the way it went in: SlotRoyals, Cosmobet and Wildies return payouts to the deposit method by default, and at Mad Casino a payout reaches a crypto wallet only when the winnings came from a crypto deposit.
- Can you use the methods you already have? SlotRoyals’ footer shows Apple Pay, Google Pay, MiFinity and Jeton beside cards, Skrill and Neteller, and WinBeast’s homepage adds Revolut for deposits.
The deposit rule is the one to note down. It decides what happens if you change your mind after depositing, before any play, and our cashout times guide sets that out casino by casino.
What makes a bonus easy to judge?
Four figures from the bonus terms: the multiple and its base, the days allowed, the maximum bet and the cap on winnings. A review that gives all four lets you weigh two offers in a minute. Velobet’s casino welcome terms show a complete set: 30 times the bonus plus the deposit, 30 days to finish, a €5 maximum bet, and winnings from a deposit bonus capped at ten times the deposit.
A fifth line makes the opt-in an easy decision either way: how a bonus can end. WinBeast lets you drop any bonus before your first wagered bet at no cost to your own balance; at SlotRoyals, a withdrawal request is possible only once no bonus is active. Our guide on how to read bonus terms takes each clause in turn, and the no deposit bonus page covers offers that need no deposit at all. Elsewhere on the blog, our bonus headlines post shows how a welcome package spreads across several deposits.
Which payout questions should a review answer?
The processing time, and every step the terms add before the money arrives. WinBeast’s terms answer all of them, and Cosmobet’s and Velobet’s terms allow up to three banking days for processing:
| At WinBeast | In its terms | In its home-page table |
|---|---|---|
| Processing | Within 24 hours, typically sooner | – |
| Weekly limit, standard account | €10,000 | €8,000 |
| Bank transfer, after processing | 5 to 7 banking days | 1 to 3 business days |
| Documents, once requested | Within 7 days | – |
While an account has made three deposits or fewer, WinBeast caps each withdrawal at €1,000. The payout questions in one list:
- How long does processing take, and how long the method itself?
- What can an ordinary account withdraw per day, per week and per month?
- Which documents come first, and within how many days?
- Does a jackpot count toward the limits? Six casinos pay one in full: Zizobet, Cosmobet, Velobet, Win Place, LuckyWave and AmunBet.
- Is there a fee? Mad Casino adds no fee of its own to a withdrawal once a deposit has been played, though it keeps 20% of one withdrawn unplayed; SlotRoyals may charge up to 8% when there are several withdrawals within 30 days.
- Are large sums split? Several casinos pay a large request in parts, and Mad Casino’s terms add that splitting it leaves your claim to the whole amount intact.
- What happens to an account you leave idle? Velobet starts charging an inactive account after 60 days, Cosmobet after a year.
Where does a review point you for help?
To the casino first, then to the route its licence gives you. Where a casino shows an Anjouan licence seal, the complaint form inside it takes a disputed game result within 14 days of the session and an account matter, such as a payment, a block or a bonus, within 30 days. If the casino has not settled it after 30 days, one of the authority’s approved dispute-resolution providers can take it on at the casino’s cost, though players from countries the seal excludes fall outside that route. At Zizobet, Cosmobet and Velobet, which cite a Curaçao licence, support comes first and their terms then allow a complaint to the licensing body named on the site; ShelbyWin’s terms run from support to a senior department and then to the courts. Our Anjouan licensed casinos page walks through both.
Two habits make any request easier to follow up: keep the chat transcripts and e-mails, and note the date you made each request. A review that tells you where the complaint form sits has answered the question before you need to ask it.
Run any two casinos from the Anjouan casino list through the checklist, and the lines where their answers differ are the ones that decide between them. To set two reviews next to each other, compare Anjouan casino sites side by side; our best Anjouan casinos ranking sets the shortlist out in order, and the guide to Anjouan online casinos looks at lobbies, cashiers and support as a whole. The current offers with their terms are on the Anjouan casino bonuses page.
