How does the four-stage welcome package work?

It runs over your first four deposits, and each stage has its own name and its own free spins: Shelby Rise, Empire Builder, Blood Money and Final Take. The match and the spin count get smaller from stage to stage, and the promotion page shows each figure. The same default rules sit behind all four, and a promotion’s own terms can replace any of them, the game shares further down included.

Worked through for the fourth stage, Final Take, where the bonus matches the deposit: deposit €100 and receive a €100 bonus. At 30 times that is €6,000 in bets if deposit plus bonus count, as the terms’ own example counts them, or €3,000 if only the bonus counts, before any bonus balance left over turns into cash. Your real money is played first, then the bonus money, and bets from both count towards the target. Winnings made while a bonus is active land in the bonus balance. A bonus given without a deposit works differently, at 100 times the bonus and on slots only.

• Cancelling: any time with the “Cancel” button in the “Bonuses” area or through support. The bonus and its winnings go, and cash already staked isn’t refunded, so after five lost €10 bets on a €100 deposit with a €100 bonus, cancelling leaves €50.
• Taking the deposit out: every deposit has to be played through once before any withdrawal. While a bonus is active the deposit is locked with it, so you either cancel the bonus or wager it, and taking the deposit out early costs the bonus and all winnings from it.
• Below €1: once the balance drops under that, the bonus ends by itself.
• Crediting: each stage’s bonus arrives at once when you deposit with its promo code, SHELBY1 to SHELBY4. Without the code there is no bonus for that deposit, and none is added later. If a bonus is missing, contact support before you play.
• Verified account: bonuses go to verified accounts of players of legal age.

Do table and live games count towards the bonus?

Yes, at a tenth of each stake as a rule, while slots, bingo, scratchcards and keno carry the wagering in full.

A €10 hand at a live blackjack table therefore counts €1 towards the target. For a €6,000 target, that is €60,000 staked at the tables or €6,000 on slots, so slots work best for clearing the wagering quickly and a mix of the two lands in between.

Two stake limits apply together while a bonus runs. A bet may be up to €10, and every bet must stay below a fifth of the bonus, since a single bet of a fifth or more counts as irregular play. With the €100 bonus from the example, a fifth is €20, so the €10 limit is the one you meet. With a €40 bonus, a fifth is €8, so each bet has to stay below €8. The limit also covers bought bonus rounds in slots and gamble features after a round.

• Opposite bets: red and black at once in roulette, or player and banker at once in baccarat, don’t count towards the wagering and can cost the bonus and its winnings.
• Switching games: high stakes on games that count little, followed by small stakes on slots, put bonus winnings at risk.
• Saving bonus rounds: leaving a bonus round unfinished to play out later isn’t allowed, and ShelbyWin can take back winnings from it.

How quickly does a ShelbyWin withdrawal arrive?

A request can stay pending for up to 48 hours, and payouts are then processed Monday to Friday. ShelbyWin aims to pay at once or within an hour, though some payouts take longer, and a request made at the weekend is processed from Monday.

ShelbyWin may also call the number in your profile about a payout. If there is no answer by e-mail or phone within two weeks, it may cancel the withdrawal.

Verification asks for official photo ID with your name, date of birth and an issue or expiry date, such as a passport, ID card or driving licence, plus proof of payment and proof of address no older than 90 days, and an e-mail confirms when the check is done. Substantial or exceptional withdrawals need notarised copies of two documents, chosen from a recent bank statement, a driving licence and a passport. Which payment methods does ShelbyWin take?

Cards, e-wallets, vouchers, bank transfer, many local methods and crypto.

• Your own methods only: cards and wallets must be in your name, and the name must match the player account. Before crediting a deposit, ShelbyWin can also ask for a selfie with your ID.
• Care with crypto: deposits below the minimum for the coin are neither credited nor refunded, and coins sent to an address of the wrong currency, such as BTC to a BCH address, are lost.
• Bank statement: ShelbyWin keeps its books in euros. A deposit can appear on your statement in euros or US dollars, and your bank may charge for the conversion.
• Refunds: a refund request is reviewed only if it arrives within 24 hours of the transaction, or within 30 calendar days if someone else had access to your account.
