How much time do you get for wagering?

The casino offer, the crypto-deposit offer and the sport offer on its promotions page each give that month to finish the wagering, while each offer’s own terms set its multiple, so that figure is the one to check on the offer you pick. • Activation: each welcome offer has its own order. The casino bonus must already be active when you deposit and before your first stake, the crypto bonus is activated by hand before you play, and the sport bonus must be activated before your first bet after the deposit, or it does not apply.
• Leaving early: if you want to withdraw before the wagering is met, you end the bonus through live chat. Velobet then deducts the bonus amount, its winnings and all stakes since activation.
• If time runs out: Velobet takes back the bonus with its winnings.
• Caps: a deposit bonus pays out no more than ten times the deposit that triggered it. Winnings from free spins and no-deposit bonuses stop at €100 and from a free bet at 15× its amount, while cashback and cash bonuses pay out at most five times the bonus.

What can you bet on at Velobet?

The menu leads with the Sports Marathon, marked “New”, a four-week leaderboard for accumulators only. Every settled slip with at least three events, each at odds of 1.30 or more, moves you up the table, and no sign-up or code is needed. You see your place and points as you go, and 250 places are paid every other Friday, places one to four in cash and the rest as a free bet.

Around it sits the main menu with sport, in-play betting, esports, virtual sports and racing. If you like to bet in runs, the 3 + 1 promotion adds a free bet after three accumulators in a row, worth 15% of the three stakes combined. Velobet’s own example turns stakes of 30, 50 and 100 into a free bet of 27. Each slip needs at least three selections at odds of 1.3 or more and a stake of at least €10, and the free bet itself runs from €4.50 to €100. Singles, system bets, free bets, outright bets and cashed-out slips do not count.

What do regular players collect each month?

A loyalty bonus that needs no asking. If you deposit at the same qualifying level three months running, Velobet credits it automatically at the start of the next month, and a higher level brings a bigger reward. Its promotions page lists it with no wagering, and the payout caps in the bonus section above apply to its free-spin and cash tiers. It lasts 24 hours, needs no other bonus active when it lands, and keeps coming for as long as you hold the level.

• VIP cashback: worked out on the deposits since your last withdrawal or your last bonus. Read its own offer terms before you opt in: the promotions page lists it with no wagering, and the general terms apply a wagering requirement and the cap above to cashback bonuses.
• Crypto Rewards: the first crypto deposit of the day brings an instant gift with no code: free spins for the casino or free bets for sport, never both. The higher the deposit, the better your chance of the upper tiers.
• Daily free spins: verified accounts with qualifying deposits in the last seven days and at least one opened Velobet e-mail get a pack whose size varies for Aztec Megaways by BGaming at the first login of the day, once a day. The spins stay active for five hours.
• Lucky Drop: cash and free-spin prizes appear at random while you play. Every player takes part automatically, and the same person can win more than once.
• Chicken Race: every €25 of lost bets, or of bets cashed out at 1.5x or more, on this mini game unlocks five free rounds, credited the next day. A day pays between 10 and 50 rounds, so the first ones come after €50 of qualifying stakes.

How do your winnings reach your account?

An everyday cashout takes one step. Once your ID check is done, a €500 withdrawal sits well inside the weekly limit, so Velobet’s limits leave it whole.

Bigger wins take longer. Say a good run leaves €40,000 of real money in your balance. At the fastest pace the limits allow, the first €15,000 reaches you in month one as two weekly payments of €7,500, another €15,000 follows in month two and the last €10,000 in month three. The limits are ceilings, and a payment method’s own limit can split a payout into smaller parts. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full by the terms, though the same section lets Velobet split any win above €15,000 into monthly instalments of up to €15,000, and one bet or spin pays at most the equivalent of €100,000, jackpots aside.

Two rules come with every deposit. Play each deposit through at least once before you withdraw it. If your stakes after a deposit stay below three times its amount, Velobet may charge the costs of the deposit and the withdrawal.

What do you need for a Velobet account?

An e-mail address, a username and a password are enough to sign up. The username cannot be changed later, and the password needs at least eight characters including a capital letter. If you want to pay without crypto as well, add your first and last name, date of birth, mobile number, country, city and address under “My Account”. Your account runs in euros, US dollars, pounds or one of eight cryptocurrencies.

Whichever way you pay, crypto included, Velobet checks your identity before your first money transaction. It asks for a copy of your ID card or passport and a proof of address, such as a bank statement no older than three months. Velobet accepts documents in Latin or Cyrillic script, otherwise by video, and takes up to 48 hours to check them once they arrive. If Velobet asks for ID, send it within five days. If it does not arrive, the refund policy cancels the funds and closes the account, while the general terms say winnings may be confiscated and deposits returned to you.

• One account: only one per person, household and IP address.
• Refunds: only for deposits and bonuses not yet played, requested within 14 days, or within 30 days if someone else got into your account, through live chat or by e-mail.

If you need a break, support closes your account for a while on request, and it reopens on its own when the period ends, or earlier on a written request and with Velobet’s agreement. For a longer exclusion, e-mail support and name a period between six months and five years; without one, it runs for six months.
