How do TenoBet’s sports and slots bonuses differ?

The promotions page lists four packages, and the split between sport and slots runs through all of them:

• Slots welcome: three numbered bonuses, each at 25x wagering.
• Sports welcome: three numbered bonuses, each at 5x.
• Weekly slots: reloads on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, each at 25x.
• Weekly sports: reloads on the same three days, each at 7x.

Wagering and the cap are two different numbers. Wagering is the turnover you place before a withdrawal opens, and the FAQ counts it in multiples of the bonus. The cap is the most a bonus can ever pay out, set at 25 times for a deposit bonus and 10 times for a sports bonus unless an offer says otherwise (7.10). A bonus given without a deposit is also capped at 10 times, and it pays out only after at least one successful deposit (7.8).

What other rules come with a TenoBet bonus?

Each offer carries its own terms, so read them before you activate anything (7.1). These general rules apply unless an offer says otherwise:

Our walkthrough on reading bonus terms covers what to look at first on any offer.

When can you withdraw from TenoBet Casino?

A withdrawal is processed only once all wagering is done (6.3), and the first deposit must be bet at least once, so a request can be refused while your total bets sit below your last deposit (6.5). Any withdrawal request also triggers a full ID check, as do lifetime deposits above €2,000 and anything that looks suspicious (8.5). The documents are a photo ID, a selfie holding it and a bank statement or utility bill (8.9).

After that, the three banking days in the table above are the typical pace rather than a fixed deadline. You can have one pending withdrawal per method and make one request per 24 hours, depending on the method (6.11), and the casino can change the most you take per transaction for each payment system (6.2). Compare other Anjouan sites in our guide to cash-out times.

• Fees, by the FAQ: TenoBet charges nothing on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may.
• Fees, by the terms: deposits and withdrawals may carry fees listed on the site, while most deposit fees are absorbed and your own bank charges stay with you (4.16), and a preset percentage of the funds can go to the casino and its payment providers for processing (4.17). Ask support which applies to your method before a large payment.
• Crypto: wallet addresses can change, so check the current one before sending a deposit (4.14). Our page on Anjouan casinos that take crypto explains wallets in more depth.

After six months without a login, an account pays a monthly fee of €50, or the balance if lower, while money stays in it (3.5.8, 3.5.9).

Which company runs TenoBet, and who are its sisters?

Softon, a company registered in Cyprus, operates the site and nine sisters on one licence: Kingdom Casino, Smash Casino, Aphrodite, Wino, Dracula, Tucan Casino, Gambiva, Betzter and Mad Casino. That last one is madcasino.io, a different brand from the Mad Casino we cover on our own Mad Casino page.

The terms of the three we review in full match almost line for line, and the differences sit in the offers and two clauses:

• Kingdom: slot offers wager 10x instead of 25x, there is no sports welcome package, and Book of Dead is closed to bonus play (7.6).
• Aphrodite: adds live casino packages at 25x, and a bonus given without a deposit can pay out up to 25 times instead of 10 (7.8).
• TenoBet: the only one of the three with a three-part sports welcome.

Our note on how safe Anjouan casinos are explains what the shared licence does and does not give a player.

Is it TenoBet or TenBet?

Some review sites write the name as TenBet, but the casino itself writes TenoBet, at tenobet.io. That address is the one on the Anjouan register row, and the footer names Softon with the licence number shown above. A site on any other address is not on that row, so check before you enter any details.

Which slots, live tables and sports are in the lobby?

The lobby’s popular slots include Book of Dead, 9 Masks of Fire, Cleopatra, 9 Pots of Gold, Cash Connection Sizzling Hot and Wanted Dead or a Wild, from Play’n GO, Microgaming, IGT, Novomatic and Hacksaw. None of those six is on TenoBet’s closed list for bonus play. Live tables include Bar Blackjack 3, Gravity Blackjack, 500x Cyber Auto Roulette and Galaxy Auto Roulette, from Winfinity Live, Iconic21, 7Mojos Live and XPG.

The sportsbook covers soccer, tennis, basketball and ice hockey, with a predictions section beside it. Our page on Anjouan casinos with a sportsbook lists others that take sports bets.

Which countries are closed to TenoBet?

The terms name the countries whose residents may not register or play, or reach the site from: Cyprus, Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the USA. The same clause adds all FATF-blacklisted and sanctioned countries, and any place the Anjouan authority treats as prohibited (3.1.2). Our guide on Anjouan casinos and UK players explains what that list means for readers in the UK.

Masking your location behind a proxy or a similar tool breaks the terms (3.4.13), and the casino can then block the account and keep the balance (17.3). Checking that play is lawful where you live is left to you.

How do you raise a complaint with TenoBet Casino?

Start with live chat or email to support, which records the conversation (15.1, 15.2). The steps after that:

• Live chat: the company aims to answer within about two weeks, and gives an update within eight weeks if the complaint is complex (15.3).
• Deadlines to report: a disputed game result within 7 days, and payout, suspension or bonus issues within a month (15.4). If it stays unresolved you have 365 days after the session to take it further (15.4.3).
• Email complaint: sent within 7 calendar days of the incident, later ones being considered only at the company’s discretion (15.6), so write early, even for payout issues.
• The reply: the company aims to answer an email complaint within 60 business days. That is a target, which it can extend for a complex complaint after telling you, and which pauses while it waits for information it has asked you for (15.7, 15.7.1, 15.7.2).
• Which address: the FAQ and the dispute resolution page give a complaints address on TenoBet’s own domain, while the terms give a separate company webmail address (15.6). Keep a copy of whatever you send.
• Still unresolved: voluntary, non-binding mediation comes first (15.11.2), then out-of-court dispute resolution, arbitration or a court (15.11.3).

For play that stops being fun, TenoBet offers self-exclusion by email to support, not chat, and you cannot withdraw while it runs (12.1 to 12.4). You must be 18 or over. Free, confidential help is available from the GamCare National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133.
